In 1997, the Lord gave Pastor Paul Hylton the vision to establish the Middlesex Institute of Theology and Technology (MITT). Pastor Paul  Hylton has been the pastor of Shiloh Christian Church of Middletown since 1988. He is also the President of JCET Ministries, an international missions organization established in 1984. He has traveled to more than 25 countries around the world preaching the Gospel and conducting leadership evangelistic training for over 20 years. He has served as a member of the faculty at the Shiloh Academy of Ministries in Hartford, the Christian Bible Institute in New Haven, and the Southern New England Regional Bible School in West Haven CT.

Additionally, Pastor Paul has developed several leadership courses and conducts workshops and seminars both nationally and internationally. After 25 years of taking the Word to the World, God has moved him to take the Word, in an even greater measure, to Middlesex County, surrounding areas, to the uttermost parts of the earth by using video conferencing technology (Skype) through MITT.
